Shipping and Returns
Alero Coffee LLC will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount. These promotions can change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
Alero Coffee LLC is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force majeure events, transfers from one carrier to another in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.
Customers have the right to return an order within 10 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Alero Coffee LLC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Alero Coffee LLC in order to get an address to send the goods to. Alero LLC has warehouses in the United States only. If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Alero Coffee LLC should be contacted within 10 days for information about compensation. Alero Coffee LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
