Edgar Carrillo's small farm "La Torre" is part of a cooperative farm on the outskirts of Marcala, Honduras. It's made up of 8,000 people of mostly Lenca ethnicity, the biggest indigenous community in Honduras. With notes of Kiwi, Lemon, and White Grape, La Torre is a fantastic choice for the black coffee drinker. Its bright acidity and slight muskiness make these beans an easy everyday cup of coffee.
